To Meditate or Not to Meditate ~ What is the way!

Meditation does not have to take place only while seated / completely still with eyes closed.  There are many ways to reach the same effects of mindfulness meditation.  Any one at any age can learn the simple art of mindfulness meditation(s).  Tune in as I discuss and provide an overview of the 5 aspects of meditation: 

  • Silent

  • Active

  • Vibrational frequencies.
