To have grace in the "trying" moments.  What does it mean to practice Grace.  To feel it intrinsically during difficult moments, when feeling stressed, when feeling overwhelmed.  How do we implement GRACE for ourselves when we feel our moods dipping or when negative thoughts / feelings may roll in.  How can we empower ourselves reverse the "downward" spiral into an upward motion.
